Bicycles, motorized carts, and/or personal transportation vehicles that have city decals, and motorcycles will hold a parade. They must be decorated for the July 4th Celebration. There will be a First-Place prize of $150 and a Second-Place Prize of $100 for the best-looking decorated “Ride”.
